Process
From inquiry to handoff
A straightforward path with your approvals at the gates that matter. Timeline depends on feedback — we do not invent guarantees.
Steps
Discovery
Short conversation about who you serve, what the site must do, and what “done” looks like.
Brief & scope
Sitemap, pages, inputs, and open questions written down. Build starts only after the brief is approved.
Build
Structure, content placement, and polish against the approved brief. Changes stay inside the agreed scope unless you expand it.
Review
Preview checklist: links, mobile layout, forms, titles. You review staging and request in-scope edits.
Launch
Domain and hosting go live under your ownership path. Publish happens only with explicit owner approval.
Handoff
README, asset notes, and optional add-on menu (hosting, maintenance, SEO) if you want them later.
Owner approval gates
You (or your designated owner) approve:
- Copy — final wording before it ships
- Design direction — staging look and structure
- Go-live — when the site becomes public
What we typically need from you
- Logo and brand colors (if you have them)
- Photos of your work, team, or location
- Services list and how people should contact you
- Contact details and preferred domain
- Access notes for domain / hosting when it’s time to launch
Timeline: depends on how quickly feedback and assets arrive. We will not promise a fixed ship date without knowing your availability.
